hello,
Meet Your Agent

The Realtor behind the sign

Licensed Realtor® · eXp Realty

Nice to "meet" you! I've been a licensed Realtor here in the South Sound since 2014, and a homeowner myself since 2001 — which means I understand this market both as a professional and from two decades of living it firsthand. That's a lot of transactions, a lot of negotiations, and a lot of practice protecting my clients' best interests. But the thing clients mention most isn't my experience — it's that I treat them like family, not a file number, from the first phone call through closing day and beyond.

Military relocation isn't just something I do — it's personal. My son currently serves in the Army, and PCS moves have touched nearly everyone close to me, so I understand up close what it takes to search for "home" from another state, or another country, without ever setting foot inside it. That's the steady hand I bring to every military and out-of-state family I work with.

I focus especially on new construction and waterfront homes, bringing a marketing expert's eye and a negotiator's instinct to every deal — because real estate, done well, is one of the best ways to build lasting wealth, and I want my clients getting the most out of every move.

Life outside of work looks like this: I'm a boy mom who leads with faith first, and it shapes how I show up for my family and my clients alike. I've spent more afternoons than I can count cheering my sons on from the sidelines. My oldest attends WSU — go Cougs! — my middle son currently serves in the Army, and my youngest plans to attend UW — go Dawgs! Let's just say the Rose Bowl gets interesting in my house. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me deep into a home project or planning the next trip, since traveling is how I recharge.

One of the things I hear most from clients after closing is "wow, that was easy" — and that's exactly the experience I want for you too.

The Process

Four steps, one steady guide

Selling a home is a sequence, not a single event. Here is exactly what happens after you reach out.

01

Consultation

We walk your home together and talk through your goals, timeline, and any preparation that would raise your sale price.

02

Pricing Strategy

I build a pricing model from live local comparables — not guesswork — so your home is positioned to sell at top value.

03

Marketing & Showings

Professional photography, targeted listing placement, and coordinated showings designed around serious buyers.

04

Offer & Close

I negotiate on your behalf and manage every detail through closing, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Giving Back

Client Appreciation

Your business doesn't stop mattering to me after closing day. Throughout the year, I host client appreciation events as a way to say thank you — for trusting me with your move, for coming back the next time you buy or sell, and for referring me to the people you care about. It's a small way to build real community, not just a client list.
